Parking
Our spacious lot is located directly in front of Haven Salon & Spa. Handicapped parking is available.Handicapped Accessibility
We value all of our clients so when we designed our facility, we made sure Haven’s salon and spa were accessible
to our handicapped customers. All service areas are located on one floor with spacious corridors and no steps to navigate.When to Arrive
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to complete our questionnaire for our new clients. Please note latecomers will incur the full fee for shortened treatments.Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment, we recommend that you do so at least 48 hours in advance out of consideration for other guests and our team members.Payment
We accept cash, checks and credit cards (Master Card, Visa, Discover Card and American Express).
